Now things are totally different in comparison to the early age. Drastic changes have been brought in the lifestyle of people in today’s generation and people are used of luxurious life with cozy houses and gadgets.
However, it might entice everyone to know that an old couple in China has been living inside a cave since 54 years ago. The couple Liang Zifu and Li Suying, when could not afford for a house after married settled into a cave, in the mountain near Nanchong city of China.
81-years-old Li Zifu and 77-years-old Li Suying found the cave after three years of their marriage. The couple within this longer period of time has turned out the cave into a cozy dwelling. The cave has three bedrooms, one kitchen and a living room. Liang even turned the roof into a small kitchen garden and has also set up a pigsty that provides them with fresh meat.
After the story went viral in Chinese media, local authorities tried to persuade them to move out and then offered to provide them with a more comfortable house. More shockingly the couple denied the proposal. The 54 years they have spent in cave and their struggle to maintain a cozy life there have established a special bonding between the couple and the cave, they expressed.
